Phlegm type masses, nodules and lumps, that is, those that are soft or rubbery and well defined. Most commonly used for benign masses in the neck, such as thyroid nodules and goitre. Can assist in the treatment of breast cysts, parotid adenomas, lipomas, sebaceous cysts, ovarian cysts and fibroids, glandular and lymphatic congestion and testicular swellings like varicocoeles and hydrocoeles.

Please note: May also be taken in combination with Xiao Yao Wan or Chai Hu Shu Gan Wan

Cautions & Contraindications: Hai Zao Wan (and any preparation containing iodine) should be used cautiously in patients with hyperthyroid condition, as they may aggravate the condition.
