Gu Ben Wan

Gu Ben Wan "Stablilize the Foundation Pills", helps to promote original Qi, which is the source of all Qi in the body. Original Qi, or source Qi, refers to the genetic essence which is the foundation of life force. It is said in Chinese Medicine that the Yuan Qi, or source Qi, is our genetic bank account, the foundation on which our constitution stands. The kidneys are the repository of that vital life force energy. The herbs in this formula helps to restore original Qi and Yin when they are insufficient. There are many causes in this modern world to deplete Yin, such as over-work, mental strain, emotional excess, worry, as well as eating poorly, and drinking or using drugs in excess. This formula helps to nourish Yin, the vital life force liquid which lubricates and cools excessive heat. This formula also supports stomach, lungs and kidneys. When digestion is strong, vital nutrients are properly extracted from food and carried to the lungs which disperse them throughout the body along with oxygen. When the lungs are healthy the the body also prospers.
