White Peony (Bai Mu Dan)

White Peony leaves are picked for their size and color offering a mix of light/darker greens and silver buds to create its nuances and sweet taste. This tea yields a clear yellow color with subtle tastes of melon, grape, and herbs.

Brewing Instructions:
Be generous with the leaf as this is a lightweight tea. For best flavor, use a full tablespoon of leaf, steep it for 4-5 minutes at a water temperature well below boiling 165-185 degrees F. Pour off the brewed tea and save the leaves for another steep.
