This tea helps alleviate symptoms of sore throat, upper respiratory infections, especially viral. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and antibiotic properties. It is also a detoxicant. Helpful to cool the blood and disperse swelling.

Dissolve one or two cubes with a cup of boiling water. Stir well before serving.
