Grifon Maitake

"Grifola frondosa" the scientific name for Maitake Mushroom, refers to a mythical beast which is half-lion and half-eagle. Indigenous to the northeastern Japan, the mushroom grows in clusters at the foot of oak trees, which is likened to "dancing butterflies", and because people who found it in the mountains started dancing with joy.
